Quaint Stay with Helpful Staff

Despite some initial check-in delays, I appreciated the staff's eagerness to assist. My room was well-equipped for a solo traveler, especially with the spacious shower and excellent wifi. I recommend early breakfast at the onsite restaurant for fresh pastries, perfect for starting your day.

Fantastic place, polite staff. Interesting design of interiors in single room. A bath in the bathroom. Marvellous and absolutely perfect location in the centre of the city. Plus, 20 minutes drive from Mace Beaumount. Great overall experience.

we got a nice size single room with a large bed as an upgrade, nice gesture. the room had a balcony, a writing table, and a couch.

Rebeca at the front desk exuded warmth and hospitality, assisting me in every way. The breakfast featured good pastries and great coffee.

Quirky place for a visit to Aviles with magnificent location in the centre of the old town and excellent services.

Absolutely dissapointed, the shower didn't even work and not all the lights were functional. I was left expecting a complimentary upgrade or a welcome gift for such inconveniences but instead got treated like just another guest. I almost wrote a good review, but I just couldn't.

Great use of a very old building which has been modernised yet integrating the old. Staff extremely helpful. After checking out they very kindly allowed me to work on my laptop in the foyer/coffee bar all day. This is a hotel I would like to return to.

Is a little difficult to find, being in a street where cars are not allowed except with special permission - such as by taxis. Our taxis driver knew the hotel when we got into his car at Asturias airport.

The hotel of choice in Aviles. A nice size and attractive room with big bed and safe for safety measures. Absolutely perfect location very close to main square and restaurants and Aviles' Old Town, could not be better. Also, so near to everything.

Friendly staff who were accommodating despite our minimal Spanish. The breakfast selection was just right for us, with lovely pastries and fresh fruit. The location is perfect for exploring the charming historic town.

The noise from the street at night was a bit disruptive, though it's manageable with earplugs.

Rooms are big the staff is nice.

The carpets and bedspreads need to be replaced theiy looked old and dirty,

Interrior is good, like museum.

No anyone of the hotel staff is understanding words in English

Clean room, friendly staff, perfect location, with a spacious shower and excellent wifi, in the center of the Old Town within walking distance of a beautiful park.

Central to Aviles and within easy walking distance of new Arts Centre. Friendly staff. Decor.

Air con needs a proper investigation- it should not just be left to chance fiddling!
